Planning

First phase:

          - Learn Arduino programming language;

         - Examine some example programs;

Second phase:

          - Structuring communication between Arduino board and a LAN;

          - Study Webservices structures;

Third phase:

         - Planning the data sending to Webservices server;

         - Planning the data samples sending to smarthphones (e.g.: Android);

Fourth phase:

          - Identify possible problems (e.g.: failures, scalability) due to several devices synchronization.
